Waar je wilt sterven, hoe je afscheid wilt nemen en welke zorg of hulp je wilt ontvangen in je laatste levensjaren? De meeste mensen vinden praten over doodgaan niet makkelijk. Deze lezing daagt je uit om na te denken over de laatste levensfase.<\/p>\n<p>Als je gehoord hebt dat je ongeneeslijk ziek bent, ben je &#8216;uitbehandeld&#8217;. Maar dan is er nog palliatieve zorg. Tijdens deze lezing hoor je wat palliatieve zorg inhoudt. De spreker Josca Heijer vertelt vanuit haar ervaring in de dagelijkse praktijk wat deze zorg kan betekenen, maar ook hoe je die vorm kan geven.<\/p>\n<p>Josca Heier is verpleegkundig specialist oncologie in het Bernhoven ziekenhuis. Daarnaast is zij co\u00f6rdinator van het transmuraal team voor ondersteunende en palliatieve team Oss-Meierijstad-Maashorst. Zij geven adviezen aan professionals uit de regio als er vragen zijn over palliatieve zorg. Zij kunnen ook in gesprek gaan met de pati\u00ebnt en zijn\/haar naasten. Dit kan in het ziekenhuis als iemand is opgenomen, op de polikliniek of bij iemand thuis.
