Elke zorgverlener heeft tijdens het werk weleens te maken met morele vragen of twijfels. Waar doe ik goed aan? Je hart luchten is dan fijn, maar daar zijn de omstandigheden niet altijd naar. Die moet je dus cre\u00ebren, bijvoorbeeld met de CURA-methode.<\/p>\n

Wat is CURA?
\nCURA\u00a0<\/a>is een methode die morele ondersteuning biedt in lastige situaties. CURA staat voor Concentreren, Uitstellen, Reflecteren en Actie ondernemen. Deze 4 stappen bieden een raamwerk voor een openhartig gesprek, waarin medewerkers hun dilemma bespreekbaar maken en elkaar kunnen helpen.<\/p>\n
