Netwerk integrale kindzorg<\/H1><\/div>

NIK is een samenwerkingsverband van professionals uit verschillende organisaties en disciplines. Ziekenhuizen, huisartsen, artsen voor verstandelijk gehandicapten, paramedici, kinderthuiszorg organisaties, verpleegkundig kinderdagverblijven en kinderzorghuizen, maatschappelijk werkers, rouw- en verliestherapeuten, geestelijk verzorgers, apotheken, vrijwilligersorganisaties, het onderwijs en het Centrum Jeugd en Gezin werken allemaal samen in NIK Zuidoost<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Deze professionals hebben veel kennis van en ervaring met de zorg voor ernstig zieke kinderen. NIK legt de verbinding en stimuleert de afstemming tussen alle hulpverleners die betrokken of nodig zijn bij de zorg voor het ernstig zieke kind en het gezin.
