Consortium<\/H1><\/div>

Het netwerk palliatieve zorg regio Oss-Meierijstad-Maashorst is deelnemer van het consortium palliatieve zorg zuid oost (Palzo).<\/p>\n

Doel consortium<\/h2>\n

Het Consortium is het middel om de kwaliteit van palliatieve zorg te verbeteren binnen een bovenregionale structuur. Het doel is om door middel van een programmatische en cyclische aanpak de pijlers zorg, praktijkgericht onderzoek en onderwijs met elkaar te verbinden. Het Consortium volgt de 4 thema\u2019s van het Nationaal Programma Palliatieve Zorg:<\/p>\n

  1. bewustwording en cultuur,<\/li>\n
  2. organisatie en continu\u00efteit van zorg,<\/li>\n
  3. zorginhoudelijke innovatie<\/li>\n
  4. en pati\u00ebntenparticipatie.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Over consortium Palliatieve Zorg Zuid Oost<\/h2>\n

    Consortium PalZO (Palliatieve zorg ZuidOost) is een samenwerkingsverband waarin organisaties uit 10 netwerken palliatieve zorg samen met het expertisecentrum palliatieve zorg Radboudumc, ROC’s, Hogescholen en IKNL werken aan verbetering van palliatieve zorg in een groot deel van Gelderland en Noord Brabant en de kop van Noord Limburg. Een klankbordgroep van pati\u00ebnten en naasten, begeleid door Zorgbelang, is betrokken bij een aantal projecten in het consortium.<\/p>\n

    Het consortium is opgericht in het kader van het Nationaal programma palliatieve zorg en is gebaseerd op een aantal gedeelde waarden die direct betrekking hebben op het centraal stellen van de pati\u00ebnt en zijn naasten.<\/p>\n
